Hayhills is not a firm of solicitors, and is not authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (“SRA”), and is not an authorised legal practice.

Hayhills does not undertake any reserved legal activities within the meaning of the Legal Services Act 2007. In particular, Hayhills does not conduct litigation, exercise rights of audience, undertake reserved instrument activities including conveyancing, undertake probate activities, provide notarial services, administer oaths, or provide immigration advice or services unless through an appropriately authorised, regulated or exempt professional. Any services provided by Hayhills are limited strictly to non-reserved legal advisory and commercial consultancy support. Where a matter requires regulated legal services, reserved legal activities, specialist representation or rights of audience, clients remain free to instruct their own solicitor, barrister, law firm or other regulated professional. If requested, Hayhills may facilitate an introduction or referral to an appropriately authorised professional, and accepted or denied at clients discretion.

Any reference on this website to “legal advisory”, “legal consultancy”, “legal support”, “advisory services” or similar terminology refers solely to non-reserved legal advisory services and must not be interpreted as representing that Hayhills is a regulated law firm, firm of solicitors or authorised legal practice. Information contained on this website is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute legal advice, regulated legal services, or the establishment of a solicitor-client or adviser-client relationship. No formal engagement, duty of care or professional relationship shall arise unless and until Hayhills has expressly agreed to act pursuant to agreed written terms of engagement.
